He thanks the developers, managers, and store owners who worked tirelessly to create this beautiful shopping center. MR. JOHNSON This mall is a testament to the hard work and dedication of many people who made it possible. It is not only a shopping center, but also a community center for Regency and its surrounding suburbs. He then counts down the minutes until the ribbon cutting and everyone is eagerly anticipating the moment. Suddenly, confetti explodes into the air and the ribbon is cut, signifying the opening of the mall. INT. Regency Fair Mall Crowds rush in and start to explore the various stores, including notable ones such as J.C. Penney and Dillard's. Children can't contain their excitement and parents are handing out money for the kids to go shopping. Families are relaxing and enjoying their time together while being entertained by the mall's live performances. The atmosphere is lively and festive. INT.
