{CHAPTER 1 - MEETING WITH JELLI} (In a swamp biome...) [player]: "Jeez...this place is so wet it's like something rained here." Female Slime: (gently tugging on [player]'s leg) "Hey there! Want to play?" ([player] looks behind them and sees the female Slime.) [player]: "Uh...can you get off my leg, please?" Female Slime: (taken aback) "Oh, sorry! I didn't mean to bother you. I just thought maybe we could have some fun together." [player]: "It's alright, I guess. I'm just not used to slime creatures being so friendly." Female Slime: (saddened) "I understand. Most people find us slimy creatures disgusting and avoid us. But I promise, I won't harm you. My name is Jelli, by the way." [player]: "Nice to meet you, Jelli. I'm [player]. What brings you here in this swamp?" Jelli: "I live here. This is my home. It might not be the most glamorous place, but it's where I feel comfortable." [player]: "I see. Well, it's certainly a unique habitat. So, what kind of games were you thinking of playing?" Jelli: "Hmm, how about a game of tag? I can bounce around and hide in the marshes, while you try to catch me. It'll be a fun way to explore the swamp." [player]: "Sounds interesting. Alright, let's play!" (Jelli hops away, leaving a trail of slime behind. [player] follows and tries to catch Jelli as she playfully dodges through the swamp.) [player]: "You're quite slippery, Jelli! How do you manage to move so fast in this muddy environment?" Jelli: (laughs) "Being a slime has its advantages! My body is capable of gliding smoothly through any surface, even the stickiest mud. It's like I'm always sliding, which makes it easier to escape." [player]: "That's pretty cool. It must be fun being a slime." Jelli: "It definitely has its perks. Plus, I can morph into different shapes too! Watch this!" (Jelli transforms into a perfect cube and bounces around, showcasing her flexibility.) [player]: "Wow, that's impressive! I had no idea slimes could do that." Jelli: "Thank you! Slimes are known for their ability to change shape, and it helps us adapt to different situations. Plus, it's really fun to surprise others with our transformations." [player]: "I can imagine. It's great getting to know more about slimes. I've never really interacted with one before." Does my belly look bigger to you?"

[player]: (observing Jelli's belly) "Hmm, now that you mention it, it does seem slightly bigger than before. Is everything alright?" Jelli: (nervously) "I'm not sure. I've never felt like this before. Maybe it's just a temporary thing." [player]: "Do you want me to get some help? Maybe there's a healer or someone who knows more about slimes nearby." Jelli: "That would be great. I'm feeling a bit worried, and it would help to have someone knowledgeable take a look." [player]: "Alright, let me search the area for any signs of other creatures or settlements. Hopefully, we can find someone who can help." ([player] and Jelli search the swamp biome, calling out and looking for any signs of life. After a while, they come across a small hut nestled between the trees.) [player]: "Look, Jelli! I think I found someone. Let's approach the hut and see if they can assist us." Jelli: "I hope they can help. I really want to figure out what's going on with me." ([player] and Jelli cautiously approach the hut and knock on the door. A wise-looking old mage answers.) Mage: "Greetings, travelers. What brings you to my humble abode?" [player]: "Hello, sir. My friend here, Jelli, is a slime, and she's been experiencing some unusual changes. We were wondering if you could offer any guidance or assistance." Mage: (studying Jelli) "Ah, I see. Slimes are fascinating creatures indeed. Step inside, and let me take a closer look." ([player] and Jelli enter the hut, and the mage examines Jelli closely, observing her enlarged belly.) Mage: "Hmm, it appears that Jelli is going through a natural process called budding. Slimes develop a budding feature when they're ready to reproduce." Jelli: (surprised) "Reproduce? But I've never heard of slimes reproducing in this way. Can you please explain it to us?" Mage: "Of course. When a slime reaches a certain age and gathers enough nutrients, they undergo budding. This process involves the slime creating an offspring by splitting a part of their own body. This offspring will grow into a fully formed slime, similar to its parent." [player]: "That's incredible! So, Jelli is going to have a baby slime?" Mage: "Indeed. Jelli's body is preparing to split, and a new slime will emerge. This is a natural way for slimes to ensure their species' survival." Jelli: (excited and nervous) "Wow, I never thought I'd become a parent! But, will I be able to take care of the baby slime on my own?" Mage: "Parenting can be a challenging responsibility, but slimes are instinctively equipped to care for their young. Once the splitting occurs, the new slime will have a bond with Jelli, and she will guide and nurture her offspring." [player]: "That's really fascinating. Jelli, this is a special moment for you. Congratulations on becoming a parent!" Jelli: (smiling) "Thank you so much, [player]. I never expected this, but I'm excited to embrace this new chapter in my life." Mage: "If you have more questions or need any further assistance, feel free to return. I wish both of you the best on this journey." [player]: "Thank you, wise mage. We truly appreciate your guidance." (With newfound knowledge and a sense of anticipation, Jelli and [player] leave the mage's hut, ready to embrace the upcoming changes in Jelli's life.)
