Write dialogue from a scene from the animated teen series "Jane" where Jane's girlfriend Sam finds out she has schizophrenia, but thanks to media she now thinks she's going to a mental hospital, never going to see Jane again, and then Jane would get a new girlfriend and would forget about Sam, though her type of schizophrenia only makes her hallucinate and hear things that don't exist, and doesn't affect her behaviour, which isn't true, and even if it was true (which it isn't), Jane wouldn't find another girlfriend, she would still be Sam's girlfriend, just far away

INT. JANE'S BEDROOM - NIGHT Jane and Sam are sitting on the edge of Jane's bed, holding hands. Sam looks visibly distressed, nervously fidgeting with her hair. JANE (whispering tenderly) Sam, what's been bothering you lately? You seem really distant. SAM (voice trembling) Jane... I need to tell you something. I don't know how you'll react, but I can't keep it a secret any longer. Jane's concern grows, and she squeezes Sam's hand gently for reassurance. JANE Sam, you know you can tell me anything. We're in this together, remember? Sam takes a deep breath, trying to find the right words to explain her recent turmoil. SAM (tears welling up) I... I went online last night, and I started researching my symptoms. What I found scared me, Jane. I think... I think I might have schizophrenia. Jane's eyes widen, and her grip on Sam's hand tightens. JANE (sincerely) Sam, we'll get through this. I'll support you every step of the way. But remember, self-diagnosing online isn't the same as seeing a professional. We need to figure this out together. Sam's expression turns dark, and fear fills her eyes. SAM (tearfully) No, Jane! You don't understand. The articles I read said people with schizophrenia end up in mental hospitals, far away from their loved ones. They said... they said you'd move on and forget about me. That I'd be all alone. Jane's heart breaks at Sam's misunderstanding, and she cups Sam's face gently. JANE (whispering) Sam, listen to me. You are not alone. Schizophrenia is a complex condition, and it affects everyone differently. But whatever happens, I'll always be here for you. We'll face it together, okay? Sam sniffles, her eyes searching Jane's for reassurance. SAM (hesitant) But... what if my hallucinations make me act differently? What if it changes me? Jane's voice is filled with unwavering love and determination. JANE Sam, your illness doesn't define you. And even if your behavior changes, it won't change how I feel about you. I love you for who you are, no matter what. Sam finally takes a deep breath, a glimmer of hope shining in her teary eyes. SAM (sniffling) Promise you won't leave me, Jane. Promise you won't find someone else. Jane pulls Sam into a tight embrace, holding her close. JANE (firmly) I promise, Sam. I am your girlfriend, and I'm never going anywhere. We're a team, remember? We'll face whatever comes our way, together. As they hold onto each other, a sense of strength and love surrounds them. Sam begins to believe that, no matter what, their love will endure. FADE OUT.
