Create a follow up Emergency Action Notification which is issued 1 hour after the warning above, the warning covers the entire United States of America. The warning must be very vague on what the threat actually is in order to avoid causing mass panic, the threat in question are anomalous humanoid entities which have bodily features which are physically impossible to have, these entities are hostile and utilize physiological to torment to get their victims to commit suicide, once their victims are killed a new entity is created which looks like the person who just died but with small or big physical distortions which differentiate them from the real person they are mimicking, these new entities show the same behavior as the original entities which caused the person to kill themselves. The warning should inform the public about the proper precautions to take against this threat but it should not reveal to them under any circumstances the true nature of the phenomenon and should try to be intentionally vague. The warning should tell people to stay off all forms of visual or audible media, and to barricade themselves in their homes preferably with a ranged weapon nearby to defend themselves with. The warning should also inform people that martial law is now under effect.
