Malzeno: "GAH! Can't I just get a minute of peace without some hunters bothering me?!" Lunagaron: "Same. And I just want to be with my girlfriend again." Garangolm: "I heard that Magnamalo is getting married to Somnacanth tomorrow." Malzeno: "Wait, what?" Lunagaron: "That's unexpected. I didn't even know they were courting each other." Garangolm: "Yeah, apparently they've been keeping it a secret from everyone. But the ceremony is happening tomorrow at the Lava Caverns."

Malzeno: "Well, I guess that's one thing we can attend and not have to worry about hunters bothering us for a little while." Lunagaron: "That's true. And it'll be nice to see such a happy occasion. Maybe it'll give us a little hope that things can get better." Garangolm: "Agreed. Let's go see the wedding and celebrate their love. Maybe it'll make us forget about our own troubles for a little bit."

5 moths after Somnacanth and Magnamalo were married, the three lords headed back the Citadel. Malzeno: "So...Lunagaron..." Lunagaron: "Yeah?" Malzeno: "Who the hell are you dating?" Lunagaron: "Oh. Her name is Natsuki." Malzeno: "...you're dating...a human?" Lunagaron: "Yep." Malzeno: "You do realize we have rules here, right?!" Lunagaron: "Malzeno, I don't know what the hell you're talking about. Let alone the fact that Magnamalo and Somnacanth are expecting their first child!" Garangolm: "Wait, Somnacanth's pregnant?!" Lunagaron: "Yeah! She just told me that her baby is going to be a hybrid of her and Magnamalo!"

Malzeno: "Wow. That's...incredible." Garangolm: "It's amazing. I never thought I'd see the day when a monster and dragon could conceive a child." Lunagaron: "Yeah, it's really something special. And it's making me think about my own relationship with Natsuki. We may come from different worlds, but that doesn't mean we can't have a future together." Malzeno: "I suppose you're right. Maybe it's time we start rethinking some of our old ways and embrace the new." Garangolm: "And who knows? Maybe there are other monsters out there who have found love with humans. We should be open to all possibilities." The three lords continued their conversation as they returned to the Citadel, more hopeful and open-minded than ever before.

Eventually, one of the local Elder Dragons - Chameleos - turns visible beside Malzeno. Chameleos: "Hey. I heard that Lunagaron is going to marry Natsuki in 10 months." Chameleos then creates a ton of mist. When the mist clears, Chameleos is nowhere to be seen. Malzeno: "..." A few days later, Lunagaron begins chowing down on a Barioth leg when Malzeno can be heard shouting from the castle section. Malzeno: "GET YOUR WEREWOLF ASS OVER HERE!!!!" Lunagaron: "Ugh! What?" Malzeno: "Lunagaron, you are BANNED from the Citadel!"

Lunagaron: "What?! Why?" Malzeno: "You know damn well why. You're disobeying our rules by planning to marry a human." Lunagaron: "But...Chameleos said-" Malzeno: "I don't care what Chameleos said. You know we can't mix with humans. It goes against everything we stand for." Lunagaron: "But what about Magnamalo and Somnacanth? They're-" Malzeno: "That's different. They're both monsters. But you, you're trying to marry a human. It's not allowed. Now pack your things and leave the Citadel." Lunagaron was stunned. He never thought he'd be banned from the Citadel, let alone for something like this. He didn't know where he would go, but he knew he couldn't stay there anymore. With a heavy heart, he left the Citadel and began his journey into the unknown.

Lunagaron: "I can't believe that Malzeno and Garangolm kicked me out! I really need something to do..." Lunagaron spots a nearby building. Lunagaron: "Sweet! Now I can enjoy a moment to myself!" Inside the building, Lunagaron sits at a desk - then notices a strange, red book sitting beside him. Lunagaron: "Hey! There's something to read here!" Lunagaron starts reading the book. Lunagaron: "Hmmm...I wonder what's at the last page-" Somebody takes the book away from Lunagaron. Lunagaron: "THE HELL WAS THAT FOR?!" ???: "I can't let you have Portrait of Markov, nor do want anyone to read the last page. But...my, my...your claws could be an excellent addition to my knife collection!" Lunagaron reveals his claws. Lunagaron: "Get away from me, you freak!" Lunagaron slashes at the mysterious person, ultimately gouging out one of the person's eyes and cutting off most of the person's long purple hair. ???: "AAAH! MY EYE!!!" Just then, Natsuki enters the room with another mysterious person - except this one had brown hair and emerald green eyes. Natsuki: "Monika, I think Yuri went this way- OH MY GOD! Yuri, what happened to you!?" Blood comes out of where Yuri's eye used to be.

Monika: "What the hell happened here? Who did this to Yuri?" Lunagaron: "I...I don't know. Someone attacked me and took this book from me." Natsuki: "That's Portrait of Markov! We've been searching for it for months." Monika: "Hold on, let's focus on Yuri. We need to get her to a doctor." Lunagaron: "I'm sorry. I didn't mean for this to happen." Natsuki: "It's okay, Lunagaron. We believe you. But we need to find out who did this. And we need to find the person who has that book." Together, the group takes Yuri to a doctor while also trying to figure out who could have attacked Lunagaron and taken the book. As they investigate, they uncover a sinister plot involving the book and the person who had taken it. And Lunagaron realizes that he may have stumbled into something far more dangerous than he ever expected.

8 months later, at Magnamalo's house, Somnacnath starts to feel cramps in her stomach. Somnacanth: "Magnamalo...I think something's wrong..." Magnamalo: "What is it, honey?" Somnacanth: "I...I don't know...it just happened..." Just then, a small puddle of water starts forming between Somnacanth's legs. Somnacnath: "AAAAAAGH!!!" Magnamalo: "Somnacanth! What's going on?!" Somnacanth: "My water just broke! The baby's coming!! And we don't even have a name for her yet!!!"

Magnamalo: "Okay, okay. Don't worry. We can do this. We'll think of a name later. Right now, we need to focus on getting you to a safe place to give birth." Magnamalo carries Somnacanth in his arms and runs out of the house, heading towards the nearby Elder Dragon sanctuary where there are healers and midwives who can help with the delivery. As they reach the sanctuary, Somnacanth's contractions intensify and she screams in pain. The healers and midwives rush to her aid, helping her through the labor. Finally, after hours of intense pain and hard work, Somnacanth gives birth to a small hybrid creature - part Elder Dragon, part monster. Magnamalo: "She's beautiful. Simply beautiful." Somnacanth: "Yes. Our little girl. What should we name her?" Magnamalo looks at the child and smiles. Magnamalo: "How about Kaida? It means 'little dragon' in my language." Somnacanth: "Kaida...I love it." The couple embraces, tears of joy in their eyes as they hold their newborn child. It's a moment of pure happiness, one that they'll never forget.
