It is unlikely that Venom would be able to copy the speed of Sonic in the Sonic universe. Venom's abilities mainly involve enhanced strength, agility, and a regenerative healing factor, along with the ability to create weapons from his own substance. Sonic, on the other hand, possesses superhuman speed thanks to his inherent abilities as a speedy hedgehog. These abilities are not transferable or replicable by Venom.
