(Scene opens in an empty classroom. Sayori, Natsuki, Yuri, and Monika enter, each carrying their schoolbooks and looking around the room with anticipation.) Sayori: I'm so excited for today's Literature Club meeting! I can't wait to discuss our favorite poems. Natsuki: (rolling her eyes) Yeah, sure, Sayori. You're just excited to spend time with your boy-toy Ed. Sayori: (giggling) What? No, I- I just like the club. And Ed is more than just a boy-toy, Natsuki. He's my boyfriend and I love him. Yuri: (nodding in agreement) Yes, I feel the same about Double D. He's not just someone I'm with because it's convenient. He's my partner and my confidant. Monika: (smiling) And Kevin is my everything. He's so confident and strong. It's hard not to be drawn to him. (As the girls continue to talk, the boys enter the room.) Ed: Hey, ladies! Ready for another exciting day in the Literature Club? (Double D sets his books on the desk and pulls out a notebook, while Kevin leans casually against the wall.) Kevin: Yeah, let's get this show on the road. I got some serious literature to discuss. Natsuki: (sarcastically) I'm sure you do, Kev. You're such a deep thinker. Monika: (gently nudging Kevin) Don't mind her, Kevin. We all know how smart you are. Sayori: (grinning) And Ed, I loved that poem you wrote last week. It was so heartfelt.
