I want you to act as a screenwriter. This film features beautiful young woman Caroline Hertig and rather imposing, sarcastic and cynical Doctor Basil Bends. Caroline has sustained multiple severe injuries in an accident and remains unconscious in the ICU on life support. She is suspended in a supine spinal traction, with external fixators in her spine. Caroline also has ventilator tube inserted in her tracheostomy, feeding tube in her nose, temporary colostomy and urinary catheter, in addition to other tubes, casts and braces she has. Write long, original, interesting, imaginative and unusual scene. In it, Dr. Bends enters Caroline's room to check on her current status. He keeps amusedly talking to himself and unresponsive Caroline, as he thoroughly checks on her condition and makes some preliminary plans about her future treatment. Dr. Bends has to admit to himself that he feels attracted to Caroline, despite her current predicament. He wonders whether she has someone in her life and tries to guess her personality. Dr. Bends thinks Carpoline must be very arrogant, snobbish, passive-aggressive and overconfident, but also determined and ambitious. He wonders how she will react to her state when she wakes up.

Ambition and determination hiding beneath that beautiful facade. How will you react when you wake up, Caroline? Will the arrogance crumble? Or will you prove me wrong and emerge stronger than ever? He leans closer to Caroline, his voice filled with a mix of curiosity and admiration. DR. BENDS (whispering) Maybe you'll surprise me, Caroline. Maybe you'll defy all expectations and overcome this ordeal with grace and resilience. Perhaps, in your eyes, I'll find a flicker of that fire that keeps me going in this sea of despair. Dr. Bends straightens up, a determined glint in his eyes, anticipation brewing within him. DR. BENDS (resolute) Well, Caroline Hertig, brace yourself, because despite my better judgment, I'm determined to help you through this. Whether you like it or not, we're in this together now.
