([player] and Lisa apply the numbing salve to the area and Lisa takes a deep breath) [player]: Alright, now we need to reposition the baby. Can you lay on your side for me? Lisa: Yes, I can try. [Lisa lays on her side and braces herself] [player]: Okay, I'm going to gently guide your baby's head downwards while you push, alright? Lisa: Okay, let's do this.
