INT. ZACH'S BEDROOM - DAY The room is a colorful explosion of Marcy merch, posters, and memorabilia. Zach, a teenager with tousled hair and glasses, is sitting in the middle of it all, carefully arranging a new Marcy figurine on a shelf. He talks to himself as he works. ZACH (whispering excitedly) Okay, Marcy. Just a few more adjustments and my shrine to you will be absolutely perfect! He places the figurine on the shelf, steps back, and admires his handiwork with a dreamy expression. ZACH (sighing) You're so amazing, Marcy. If only you were real... He picks up Marcy's voice recording and places it on a small portable speaker. Marcy's voice fills the room. MARCY'S VOICE (from the recording) Hey there, Amphibians! It's Marcy Wu, your favorite adventurer! Zach closes his eyes, clutches the recording to his chest, and smiles blissfully. ZACH (fantasizing) Just imagine, Marcy. You and me, exploring new worlds together... Ah, that would be the dream. Suddenly, his mother's voice echoes from downstairs. MOM Zach, dinner's ready! Come downstairs! Zach's eyes widen with panic. ZACH (whispering) Oh no! I can't leave my precious shrine behind. He starts to dismantle a small tent he had set up among the Marcy decorations and places it on the bed. ZACH (resolute) If I can't take Marcy with me, I'll just sleep here, surrounded by her awesomeness! Zach climbs into the tent and adjusts his sleeping bag, making sure he's comfortable. MOM (O.S.) Zach, are you coming down? ZACH (shouting) Um, I'm not feeling well, Mom. I think I should stay in bed today. MOM (O.S.) Alright, but let me know if you need anything. ZACH Thanks, Mom! Zach lies down, surrounded by the Marcy shrine, and sighs contentedly. ZACH (starstruck) Goodnight, Marcy. Sweet dreams... of us, together. He turns off the lights and drifts off to sleep, a small smile still lingering on his lips. FADE OUT.

INT. ZACH'S BEDROOM - MORNING Sunlight streams through the window, illuminating Zach's room. The Marcy shrine stands proudly until a sudden crash shatters the tranquility. Sam, Jane's girlfriend and a clumsy teenager, accidentally knocks over a shelf, causing the entire shrine to collapse in a heap of broken figurines and scattered merchandise. SAM (panicking) Oh no! What have I done?! Zach, still half-asleep inside his tent, stirs at the sound of the crash. ZACH (sleepily) What's going on? Sam rushes to salvage what she can, her face filled with guilt. SAM (urgent) Zach, I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to destroy your shrine. It was an accident, I swear! Zach emerges from the tent, rubbing his eyes in confusion. He gazes at the wreckage in disbelief. ZACH (stuttering) M-My shrine... It's... it's all ruined. His voice trembles with a mix of sadness and frustration. SAM (teary-eyed) I-I'll help you fix it, Zach. I promise. I didn't realize how important it was to you. Zach takes a deep breath and manages a faint smile, his disappointment slowly fading away. ZACH (sincerely) Thank you, Sam. I appreciate it, but... I think it's time for a fresh start. Sam looks at him, curious. SAM What do you mean? Zach gestures toward the scattered remains of the shrine, his eyes filled with determination. ZACH Maybe it's time I focus on the real adventures of my own life, instead of just being an observer. Marcy inspired me to dream big, and now it's time I bring those dreams to life. A glimmer of excitement shines in his eyes as he looks at Sam. ZACH Let's create something new, something even Marcy would be proud of. Together. Sam's initial guilt transforms into a radiant smile, matching Zach's enthusiasm. SAM Absolutely! We'll build something extraordinary, Zach, and make it even better than before! They begin clearing away the broken pieces of the shrine, their heavy hearts lightening with the prospect of a new project. FADE OUT.
