Sayori: (reaching for her phone) "I'll do it right away, Natsuki! Just hang in there!" Yuri: (grabbing some towels and warm water from the adjacent room) "We need to create a comfortable and clean environment for the delivery. Monika, can you assist me?" Monika: (nodding) "Of course, Yuri. We'll do everything we can to help Natsuki through this." (As they prepare the room, Natsuki's contractions continue, becoming more intense.) Natsuki: (gritting her teeth) "I... I can't take it anymore! It feels like... like my insides are being squeezed." Yuri: (gently placing a hand on Natsuki's shoulder) "I know it's incredibly painful, but just remember, this pain will lead to the birth of your beautiful child. You're strong, Natsuki. We're all here to support you." (Suddenly, the ambulance arrives outside the school.) Sayori: (opening the door for the paramedics) "In here! Natsuki needs your help!" (With the paramedics and the literature club by her side, Natsuki is carefully transported to the ambulance. The rest of the club goes along to the hospital to support her during the delivery.)
